1. Students: There are 52 students in this class, including 32 boys and 20 girls. Most students are lively, although the age gap is not very big, but there is a certain gap in ability. 2. Teacher's situation: I'm the head teacher, and I'm in Chinese. I am also the "Morality and Life" of this class, reading and class meeting. This year is my eighth year as a teacher. Primary school students who have just entered the first grade are not used to the daily life and study at school, and every rule and regulation is extremely strange to them. In terms of regular education, I would like to start with the following points:

1. Traditional education

1) Make full use of the class meeting time to study the daily routine, primary school rules and primary school students' daily behavior norms, so that students can know what is right and wrong in the daily learning process and form good study and life habits.

2) Make rational use of the morning meeting and the main activities organized by the school to educate students. Make rational use of flag-raising ceremonies and major festivals to strengthen students' moral education. This semester, some meaningful class meetings will be held on Teachers' Day, National Day and New Year's Day to let students understand the truth of being a man and cultivate patriotic feelings. At the same time, let students learn to cooperate in various activities and labor and learn to live.

This semester, our class activities are mainly around school activities: the school has two large-scale activities this semester. The first is the theme activity "Be a polite pupil". This year, we have three themes, namely "Civilization and Courtesy Month", "Up and Down Stairs Order Month" and "Road Team". These activities have been carried out in schools for several years, and the results are obvious, so they will continue this year. Parents should pay attention to the cultivation of children's hygiene habits, not only to ensure personal cleanliness, but also to ensure the hygiene of the classroom, which also reflects a person's cultivation. Secondly, teach children to pack their schoolbags. Let children get into the habit of packing their schoolbags before going to bed, and put the books, exercise books and stationery they need in their schoolbags. 2. Be strict in your study.

3. Strengthen communication among teachers, parents and children.

These are my thoughts on managing the class as the head teacher. As a Chinese teacher, I also have some thoughts on Chinese teaching:

We used textbooks published by Beijing Normal University in our first grade. An important feature of this textbook is to learn Chinese characters by using the connection between words and pictures and listening and reading methods. After basically mastering the method of listening and reading literacy, we learn Pinyin, so that students can master the method of reading in Pinyin. This arrangement is conducive to students' self-cultivation in many aspects, and the effect is very good. But this adjustment is not to ignore the teaching of pinyin literacy methods, but to let students learn pinyin better and master pinyin literacy methods better. The first volume of this book 16, 1 and 7 have no text, and the rest units are composed of "text" and "Chinese world"; Units 8 to 12 teach pinyin in combination with Chinese learning such as literacy, writing and reading, and the text is arranged after pinyin teaching to consolidate pinyin teaching. As a Chinese teacher, there are also several points that parents need to cooperate with:

Please don't teach the contents of the book to students in advance, because it involves scientific study habits and methods, which may be counterproductive.

7. Subscribe to the test paper and inform you later.

Emphasize a few points:

Work and rest time, the teacher arrives at school at 7: 40 in the morning and the students arrive at school at 7: 50. Parents should decide the time after school according to the actual situation, and don't arrive at school too early. Wait at the school gate after school, don't pick it up too late, lest the children be in a hurry. Develop the habit of strictly observing the schedule and control the children's schedule at home. From Sunday night to Thursday night, don't go to bed later than 8: 30 in these five nights, because every study day, children's homework is a bit heavy, so it is more important to ensure that children have enough sleep.

There are still some things that teachers have already educated, and parents should always urge them:

1, etiquette education for children. Respect elders and parents at home; Get into the habit of saying hello when meeting teachers and classmates. As parents, children's unreasonable behavior should be criticized. Avoid high expectations. Nowadays, every child is smarter than other children, and parents want their children to succeed. Their wishes are good, but parents should be reminded that primary schools and kindergartens are completely different, and the learning burden of kindergartens cannot be compared with primary schools.
