An idea:
Give every child the best start in life.
Two modes:
1, universal service
Universal service is a universal service with 100% coverage, which fully embodies the function of government public service, and popularizes early education science knowledge to school-age families through "four in one" (namely, the distribution of popular science textbooks, expert lectures/parenting salons, community parent-child activities, and online distance education).
2. Improve service
Improving service is to provide experts with face-to-face follow-up evaluation and guidance services for newborn families according to a certain proportion. It is a high-quality development model summarized from undertaking the national sustainable development pilot project in Happy Spring, that is, the "evaluation-guidance-development" (EGD) circular follow-up guidance model.
Three characteristics:
1, establishing social resources, that is, the mechanism for NGOs to participate in government services;
2. Multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research and practice, especially the popularization and application of research results;
3. The application of modern information technology in early education, that is, the application of computer software and network technology.
Four-layer relationship:
A family education service model for infants and young children, which focuses on children's development, aims at optimizing the microenvironment of children's development, and supports and interacts with managers, professionals and parents.
Five comprehensive mechanisms:
Happy Spring takes the original comprehensive operation mechanism of "government-led, media-guided, expert-guided, departmental cooperation and family participation" as the core working mode in government project cooperation. Among them, government-led mainly refers to the government building a platform to build an early education management service system; Media guidance refers to popular science propaganda through media reports, so that the ideas and methods of early education are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people; Expert guidance is to provide guidance services for families through the formation of multidisciplinary expert teams; Departmental cooperation refers to the joint efforts of all relevant departments and institutions involved in the project to serve the people; Family participation is to turn the emphasis on early childhood education into practical actions, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of benefiting children.
