(2) Within 7 days, there are returning (arriving) passengers from risk-free counties (streets and towns of municipalities directly under the Central Government) in the city where the epidemic occurred, and the blue label is "take away", and the nucleic acid is landed, and "three days and three inspections+take away" is implemented. The yellow code management of nucleic acid detection was not implemented as required, and the green code was changed after the completion of nucleic acid detection.
