Hamsters should be kept in cages of at least 47*30. The bigger the cage, the better. There should be a wheel for eating and bathing sand in the kettle. Buy a runner, a kettle, some sawdust and a free forest to make a nest for him. Some mice don't like nests, so they can make their own food. You can spread paper and cotton and buy brand-name grain.
