Thoughts on running enterprises with familism.
My daughter is three and a half years old and goes to kindergarten in September. Although I am a teacher, I seem to be blank in the knowledge reserve about children's education. For this reason, I am a little worried that my lack of preparation has delayed the growth of my children. I still have some small lessons in this respect.

During the summer vacation, in order to let the child adapt to the life in kindergarten in advance, we enrolled her in an early education class (kindergarten transition class) for nearly two months. On the first day of school, the children were very excited, and the mood on the way to school was relatively high. After entering the school gate, he was immediately attracted by the exquisite toys. He didn't cry when I left. Later, I heard from the teacher that he cried badly during lunch and lunch break and kept shouting "I want to go home."

The next day, the child got up early in the morning, didn't eat breakfast and didn't want to go to school. They cry at the mention of school. The child's grandmother is very distressed: "I won't go to school today." I said, "How can this work? Never get into the habit of not going to school. There will always be such an adaptation process. " Because she was in a hurry to go to work, she finally let her grandmother go with her and her neighbor's little brother (they are half a year apart and in the same early education center). It is said that when she left school, her grandmother kept crying. When I went to pick her up in the afternoon, the teacher reported that eating and sleeping were better than yesterday.
