The notice is as follows.
First, the internship requirements
Unemployed college graduates with full-time college education or above registered in Hebei Province within 2 years after leaving school, except those who have participated in employment internships, voluntarily register and meet the requirements of internship positions and related majors. Did not enjoy all kinds of government employment subsidies, no employment record, did not pay the "five insurances", and may not apply for a business license before and during the internship. The student unit is responsible for verifying the identity of the students.
Second, recruitment and registration
Because the provincial network system was upgraded and shut down during the recruitment of the first batch of trainee positions, the registration of trainees was affected, resulting in many trainee units failing to complete the recruitment task as scheduled. After research, it is decided to organize the trainee units that have not completed the recruitment task to continue the recruitment work, and the original number of positions remains unchanged to make up the difference.
Recruitment time: from now until August 3 1.
On-the-job time: September 1, and sign the employment internship agreement within 5 days.
The majority of college graduates take the initiative to register according to the internship information, fill out the Application Form for Youth Employment Internship in the internship unit and submit it:
1. One original and one copy of the ID card.
2. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate.

Treatment of trainees
The longest probation period shall not exceed 12 months. The trainee unit shall pay the basic living allowance at a monthly rate not lower than the local minimum wage, and apply for personal accident insurance and critical illness medical insurance on the day of taking up the post.
Intern allowance
The trainee living allowance shall be paid in advance, and a certain percentage of the trainee allowance shall be given to the units that participate in the employment trainee and pay the basic living allowance in full monthly. The required funds shall be borne by the trainee unit 20% and the employment trainee allowance 80%. Trainee units should apply for trainee subsidies to the District People's Social Security Bureau in a timely manner.
Tax and fee support
The expenses related to the trainee subsidy paid by the trainee unit are not included in the social insurance payment base. Expenditures that comply with the tax law and relevant regulations can be deducted when calculating the taxable income of enterprise income tax.
