Chaoyanghu Town, located in the southwest of Pujiang County, has a long history. Mofo Town was established in Song Dynasty and renamed as Lin Yuchang in Qing Dynasty. Chaoyanghu Town was established on the basis of 1992 Lin Yu Town.
