Steve Jobs is the CEO of Apple. He co-founded Apple on 1976. Apple leads the field of consumer technology with its revolutionary iPhone and App Store, iPod media player and iTunes media store series, as well as Mac computers, iLife and iWork application suites. Apple recently launched a breakthrough Internet and digital media device iPad, plus iBookstore, as well as iTunes and App Store. Steve also co-founded Pixar Animation Studio and served as CEO, which created some of the most successful and popular animated films in history, including Toy Story, Bug Life, Monster Company, Finding Nemo, Superman Story, Car Story and Ratatouille. Pixar merged with Walter Disney in 2006, and Steve is now on the Disney board. Steve grew up in apric ot Orchard, which later became known as Silicon Valley. He still lives there with his family.
