First of all, teachers' activity organization should focus on children's age characteristics and actual level. Children aged 3-6 show hyperactivity, poor attention and relatively weak understanding. Only by choosing the content or activity form that children are interested in and can understand will children concentrate on listening. On the contrary, no matter how gorgeous the preparation is, it will not work.
Secondly, establish necessary routines to help children concentrate on listening. As we all know, good class routine is the guarantee for the normal development of one-day activities in our kindergarten. Only when you know how to abide by the collective discipline and the necessary regulations on eating, taking a nap and activities can you ensure that you also know how to concentrate when listening to lectures, thus forming good listening habits.
Third, use more positive evaluation methods. Because children's behavior is easy to repeat, teachers need regular and positive evaluation methods to affirm and encourage children's good habit of attending classes, and gradually make this habit become children's conscious behavior.
Finally, I think that children's good listening habits are not formed in an activity or overnight, but run through their daily activities and even their whole study life. We also need our teachers to have artistic educational methods and enough patience to educate and wait.
