Ningxia Yucai School is another major education poverty alleviation project after the successful construction of Liupanshan Senior High School. It aims to further accelerate the pace of poverty alleviation in Nanshan District of Ningxia, improve the quality of the population in poverty-stricken areas, promote national unity and maintain social stability, and learn from the successful experience of holding "Xinjiang Class" and "Tibet Class" in the Mainland. The recruitment of teachers in schools is a national unified examination. The first batch of more than 70 professional teachers were selected from 1200 candidates in 9 provinces and regions. Among them, there are 2 special-grade teachers, national backbone 1 person, provincial backbone1person and 4 master students.

In 2007, we continued to recruit more than 50 senior high school teachers/kloc-0, including more than 90 backbone teachers at all levels, more than 30 master students and more than 30 outstanding graduates from key normal universities.
