Qidong City is a county-level city managed by Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. It is located on the north side of the Yangtze River estuary, surrounded by water on three sides and shaped like a peninsula. Qidong is a river and marine sedimentary plain in different periods of the Yangtze River estuary.
