After the meeting, Liu Tiandong, deputy secretary of Zhangqiu Municipal Committee and acting mayor, was interviewed by this reporter and interpreted the government work report on Zhangqiu's cultural construction, economic development and urban construction.

Culture benefits the people: the city cultural center will integrate museums and so on.

Jinan Times: This year, Zhangqiu put forward the goal of "accelerating the construction of a culturally strong city". What are the specific measures?

Liu Tiandong: We will build a high-standard urban cultural center integrating museums, exhibition halls, planning halls, libraries and mass art museums. The stadium, Lotus Square, Taohuashan Park and other open leisure places will be transformed and upgraded, so that people can have more good places for leisure and entertainment. Increase support for rural cultural stations, and build 40 rural cultural stations, 6 rural community cultural activity centers, 2 street comprehensive cultural stations and 20 cultural squares.

Jinan Times: How is the construction of Zhangqiu Wenbo Center?

Liu Tiandong: Zhangqiu Wenbo Center Project, the planned construction land is located in the central area of Mingshui New City, Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province, north of Shidong Road, south of Fu Qian Street, west of Highway Bureau and Economic and Information Bureau, and east of Shuangshan West Road and Waterscape Park, with a very good geographical position. The project plans to build museums, libraries, mass art galleries, exhibition halls, urban planning exhibition halls and commercial supporting facilities. The total land area of Wenbo Center is about 13.49 hectares, and the total construction area is about135,000 square meters.

Through the detailed analysis and in-depth thinking of relevant basic data, the form of Zhangqiu Baimai Spring is refined, and the design theme of "Spring Dance" is put forward by combining the abstract and generalized form of "Spring". The main entrance is designed as Yongquan Square, with a pool fountain and a stage in the middle. The pedestrian street is lively, like flowing clouds and dancing, and there seems to be a hundred-pulse spring on the ground, which gushes from the vein hole and scatters "pearls". Inspired by the shape of spring water, single buildings are designed as spring eyes with different shapes to convey more intuitive symbolic significance. Plum-blossom-shaped springs, stretched roofs, wavy squares, bubble-shaped pools and ripples on the lighting roof create the artistic conception of spring.
