Chapter II Project Overview
This project is located in Chaoyang District, which is an additional floor of XX teaching building. The original building was a four-story frame structure, but now it has two floors. The fifth floor serves as a dormitory for students and an activity center for veteran cadres, and the sixth floor serves as a lecture hall and a reading room.
Engineering features:
1, the construction area is two floors *** m2, the site area is 950 m2, the first floor area is 906, and the site is small.
2. The height of the five and six floors added is 3.9 meters and 4.3 meters respectively, and the eaves height after adding floors is 24.6 meters.
3. The original building and the newly added two-story structure are cast-in-place frames, the six-story roof adopts steel roof truss horizontally, and the roof adopts profiled steel plates. After adding stories, the seismic fortification intensity of the whole structure is 8 degrees, and the seismic grade of the frame is level 2.
4. The walls are all made of aerated concrete blocks, with the outer wall thickness of 250mm and the inner wall thickness of 150mm.
5. The external decoration and the original external decoration are consistent with the ceramic tile setting.
6. Interior decoration:
(1) Floor: the reading room, activity center, walkways and stairwells are cast-in-place terrazzo floors, the bathroom is floor tiles, and the rest offices and dormitories are fine stone concrete floors.
(2) Ceiling: Gypsum board ceiling shall be coated with scrub-resistant paint, and the bottom of stair floor shall be coated with scrub-resistant paint.
(3) Interior wall surface: scrub resistant coating.
7. Door and window engineering: aluminum alloy windows and wooden doors.
8. Pipeline works: including heating, domestic water supply, drainage and fire fighting.
9. Electrical engineering: including underground laying of steel pipes, threading in pipes, installation of lamps and lanterns, installation of switch sockets, installation of distribution boxes and lightning protection and grounding systems.
