Her predecessor was Renwen Academy, which was founded in Wanli 1 1 year of Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1583). In the 29th year of the Republic of China (A.D. 1940), Jishui Middle School was founded in the former site. In 1958, it developed from a junior high school to a complete middle school, and was officially named Jiangxi Jishui Middle School, 65433. At the beginning of 2002, the middle school was completely separated and became a senior middle school. The school also moved from the original county town, Zhonghua Road, to its current location. The newly relocated Jishui Middle School is the largest first-class high school in Ji 'an, with a high starting point, high standards and high quality.
