This project is connected with the library building of Institute of Technology, with a building area of 4930m2, a total height of 19.4m, a design fire resistance rating of Class II, a service life of 50 years, an important building category of Class C, a building safety rating of Class II, a building site category of Class III, a moderately weak site and a moderately liquefied site, with Tg=0.306s, a building pile foundation safety rating of Class II and a seismic fortification intensity of 7.
I. Overview of architectural design:
