1. Acceptance of residence: Go to Hechi City Public Security Bureau to handle the acceptance point of resident ID cards in different places, fill out the application form for acceptance of resident ID cards in different places, and pay the certificate cost. Among them, those who apply for renewal shall submit their identity cards, and those who apply for replacement shall submit their household registration books or residence permits.
2. Issuance of domicile: After accepting the application for renewal and replacement of resident identity cards in different places, the acceptance information will be transmitted to the public security organ of the applicant's domicile in time, and the county-level public security organ of the domicile will examine and issue it in time.
3. Issuance of residence certificates: After receiving the information of issuing certificates, Hechi City Public Security Bureau Office will complete the issuance, verification and issuance within the statutory time limit, and the applicant will receive the certificates at the acceptance point. If a certificate is renewed, the original certificate shall be returned when a new certificate is obtained.
