Brief introduction of Lin
Lin was originally named Eiko. Taiwan Province Province, born in Japan. When Eiko was five years old, her mother held her and drifted to Peiping with her father. Dad died young. Twenty-five years later (1948), Eiko and her husband, He Fan, supported their mother and returned to Taiwan Province Province with their three children on their backs. He Fan graduated from Beijing Normal University with a solid foundation in Chinese studies and got a job in a newspaper. Lin was tired of his family, so he had to tinkle pots and pans around the kitchen table. She is not a slack woman, and soon returned to her old job, writing short articles about the scenery and human feelings of Taiwan Province Province to newspapers and periodicals. Soon, she dramatically cooperated with He Fan and became the editor of Mandarin Daily. Time will eventually hone Lin into a "versatile" person: a writer, editor and publisher. Writer Lin does not belong to the category of "equal writing". Her novels, essays and fairy tales are only 3 million words. Her first novel, Holly, is a collection of essays about family trivia. At that time, some people thought that she wrote all the trivial things around her, which was a bit petty. He Fan, her husband, disagreed and made a preface for him. He said: knowing Lin is the greatest achievement in his life, and Lin gave birth to four children for him is her greatest achievement. Lin paid off the children's debts with a piece of paper. In his view, it is natural for female writers to write about family life, "home and later rule the country." He Fan defended his wife's shortcomings in humor. From 1957, Lin wrote novels recalling his childhood, including five short stories, such as Hui An Ting, Let's Watch the Sea, and Dad's Flowers Fall.

These stories are independent, but they are coherent in time and space, characters and narrative style, forming a series. Levin commented on Lin's novels in this way: "Not only is the story touching, but her writing is also impressive: meticulousness does not hurt subtlety, implication does not hurt obscurity, and euphemism does not hurt mediocrity. The rendering of the atmosphere is her specialty. " 1960 "Old Things in the South of the City" was published as a collection of works, which did not attract social attention. Twenty years later, it was introduced by the mainland and made into a movie, which became famous overnight. "Old Things in the South of the City" has been shown in 47 countries and won many international awards. Several years later, when Lin visited the mainland, he met the director Wu Shuo in public: "I bow to you, because you have made my name a household name in the mainland, so I will take off my hat and bow to you three times!" And really bend down to say hello. Lin is a writer who started as an editor. The introduction of writer Lin is "amateur" to her, but the editor is lifelong. "I really love editing." The 77-year-old Lin "couldn't help crying" when she closed the pure literature publishing house she had run for 27 years. She worked as an editor in Peiping in her early years, and then came to Taiwan Province Province to work as an editor in several newspapers. Then he worked in satellite, pure literature monthly and pure literature publishing house, and always "married for the people". Her achievements in editing are no less than her creation. During the ten years of editing Lian Fu, she trained and brought up a group of new people, such as Huang Chunming, Lin Huaimin, Zhang Xiguo, and seventh-grade students. He paid attention to and supported Chung Li-ho and Zhong Zhaozheng, and made a group of Taiwan Province native writers emerge in the literary world.

Chung Li-ho, a native writer, suffered from poverty and illness. Most of his works were published by editor Lin, who cultivated them deliberately. Unexpectedly, Chung Li-ho died suddenly. After hearing the news, Lin tearfully wrote "Mr. Mourning" to introduce his tragic life, published it in the newspaper the next day, and unexpectedly received many readers' mourning and donations. Lin worked day and night to compile books, borrow money to print books, and put them on the altar during the centennial festival, but his wish came true. Later, according to Chung Li-ho's life experience, the film industry adapted the film "Indigenous People", starring famous actors Qin Han and Feng-Chiao Lin, which was all the rage and made the whole society know about Chung Li-ho. In memory of this outstanding Taiwan Province writer, Lin stepped forward and established a memorial hall in Zhong's hometown. This is the first and only memorial hall for writers in Taiwan Province Province. Lin not only donated money, but also donated 242 manuscripts from 166 writers at home and abroad to the memorial hall, enriching the collection. Incredibly, they only exchanged letters, but never met! A hedge between keeps friendship green. On the literary passage of treading on thin ice, Lin was doomed to capsize in the end. It was 1963, The Captain's Story, which shocked the literary world of Taiwan Province Province. On April 23rd of that year, Lin published a poem named Story in the edition of Lianfu. It tells the story of a captain who drifted to an island and was attracted by the beautiful women on the island, but never left. When the authorities saw it, Long Yan was furious and thought it was "an allusion to the president's ignorance".

In the face of Lin's precarious situation, I'm afraid it will hold back newspapers and others. In the face of newcomers, she immediately took the blame and resigned, smashing her job for ten years, thus avoiding a disaster that harms others and benefits others. Lin has his own pursuit in literature. Facing Lin's popular and low-level introduction, she couldn't sit still when the workshop was full of pornographic and violent reading materials, but the real literary garden was deserted. In her 500 s, she, her husband He Fan and her friends, regardless of risks and advantages and disadvantages, resolutely founded Pure Literature Monthly, paving the way for the development of pure literature in Taiwan Province Province. In order to show sincerity, she wrote letters to Liang Shiqiu, Yu Guangzhong, Xia Zhiqing, Yu Lihua and other famous overseas artists, while running her own paper mill, printing house and editing manuscripts. Three men and three guns, within three months, dedicated a fresh and high-grade magazine to readers. Pure Literature Monthly not only published original works with strong literary flavor, but also opened a column to boldly introduce writers and works in the 1930s, which inherited the May 4th Movement and made up for the abnormal phenomenon that contemporary readers were out of touch with modern literature. Lin fought bloody battles for four years, but the magazine never sold well, and later he lost money. As a last resort, the publication was closed after four years. However, Lin never gave up. After a little adjustment, she devoted herself to running a pure literature publishing house, opening up an oasis for pure literature writers. The writer regards Pure Literature Publishing House as a friend, a parent and a "living Buddha". The female writer (Liang's ex-wife) lives in a foreign country, and the evening scenery is bleak. She couldn't write an article in her later years. She wrote to Lin, asking her to publish her last collection of essays. Lin Xinran agreed, but the author didn't have a manuscript, and all the articles were scattered in old newspapers and periodicals.

Lin took pains to ask people to collect and sort it out, and then sent letters to her friends to collect her early letters and photos, and collected a book called sound of spring. On his deathbed, the book was sent to America to give her a last look, and Lin was relieved. She went to Tainan to visit the old writer Su. Sue complained to her that a publishing house closed down and gave her a room full of books. Lin promised to open his mouth and bought it all at once. Because it is a little-known study of Qu Fu, it can't be sold and piled up in the warehouse. Later, Lin donated it all to libraries and schools. She also reprinted her China Writers in the 1920s and 1930s. 1995, Lin is 77 years old and He Fan is 85 years old. All four children are overseas. She can no longer manage this publishing house. At that time, it was suggested that this gold-lettered signboard be transferred for sale. Lin was worried that it would be difficult for his successor to stick to his original style and die unsatisfied, so he decided to close down. She donated all the 80 thousand books in stock to libraries and schools. Return the copyright of all works to the author. Where there are several books in the library, they are all given to the author. Lin is an old Beijing that is "more Beiping than Beiping people". A bite of Beijing film. She has deep feelings for her second hometown, Beijing. She not only donated the complete set of sample books from Pure Literature Publishing House to Beijing Modern Literature Museum, but also mobilized other brother publishing houses to donate, which greatly enriched the collection of Modern Literature Museum. In addition, she also put forward and took the lead in publishing a series of representative works of famous writers in Taiwan Province Province in mainland China, and she tirelessly traveled back and forth for cross-strait cultural exchanges.

Lin Hai, like a publishing house, carefully manages friendship. Writers from all over the world often come here to get together. After the reform and opening up, many mainland writers have been there. Although the messages from guests at home and abroad are auspicious, they have enduring charm: "The words are self-illuminated, and the feelings are deeply rooted in the articles. They are all excellent works and very elegant. " "This is the most human place in Taipei." -"This is the best reward for our optimistic struggle in this life." Facing the friendship of friends, Lin said: and the yellow leaves fall in the rain, just like the fate of the white-haired old man under the light. At present, 82-year-old Lin and 90-year-old He Fan live in Taipei and work together to provide for the elderly. His daughter Zuli Xia is the editor-in-chief of Pure Literature Publishing House and now lives in Australia. Last year, she wrote a biography for her mother, covering Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and other places. Lin was very happy to hear that her daughter wrote a biography for her, and said humorously, Don't write me too well, I don't want to run for public office. "Coming from the South of the City-Biography of Lin" was published in Taipei last June, which received enthusiastic response and became a best seller in Taiwan Province that month.
