Yes Anhui Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public institution of higher learning directly under the Anhui Provincial Department of Education. College was founded in 1958, upgraded to "Anhui Textile Vocational and Technical College" in 1960, and held higher vocational education in 1999. It is one of the first batch of higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province approved by the Ministry of Education.
