The new campus library under construction has a total construction area of 65,000 square meters. After completion, it can collect 6 million paper books, which can meet the reading, learning and use of 50,000 teachers and students and the general public. It is the largest library in universities in Shandong Province at present.

At present, there are 22 PC servers, 6 13 computers of various models, 760 switch ports and 25TB digital storage capacity in the computer network. Broadband access enjoys the exclusive bandwidth of 100 megabytes. The local area network in the library adopts the most advanced information management system of Huiwen Library in China, and has built 1 1 subsystems such as interview, cataloging, reservation, borrowing, reading, entrusted borrowing, periodicals, statistics, inquiry, circulation management and system management. Using TPI information resources construction and management system, the electronic reading rooms in multi-campus are managed by "Campus Card" to realize the unified management of text, image, audio, video and other resources. Digital resources collection, processing, heterogeneous unified retrieval platform and intelligent digital reference system have begun to take shape.
