Waterproof hammer measures should be taken for the water supply booster pump and fire water supply pump riser of high-rise office building.
Corrosive wastewater shall be discharged through corrosion-resistant pipelines and shall not be merged with domestic sewage and wastewater systems.
High-rise and super-high-rise office buildings are equipped with technical equipment layer and open refuge layer for water supply and drainage, heating and air conditioning pipelines, and ground drainage devices should be installed.
The basement and elevator shaft of multi-storey, high-rise and super-high-rise office buildings should be equipped with fire fighting and drainage facilities.
