Can the editor be transferred to the university as a librarian?
Can't be transferred to the university as a librarian.

A librarian in any university is not a teacher. Librarians are administrative personnel and generally do not need teacher qualification certificates.

The ranks of university librarians in China are usually divided into four levels: assistant librarians, librarians, associate research librarians and active research librarians, which are equivalent to assistant lecturers, lecturers, associate professors and professors in China.

Ordinary librarians are only non-professionals of the library and are not included in the professional ranks of university libraries.
