It lasted fifteen years, and it was put into trial operation on February 28th, 2005. The campus covers an area of about 70 hectares, including museum area, landscape park and artificial lake area. The main green buildings of museums and parks covering an area of 20 hectares are designed and supervised by Yao Renxi Architects. The design concept originated from three techniques of China's ink painting: thick ink, flying white and rendering.

Mo Yun Building is an exhibition and collection space with a permanent exhibition hall and a special exhibition hall. There is a multimedia guided tour room and a loan exhibition hall. The Bai Fei Pavilion is a space for education promotion and public service, with a children's creative center, a library, a reception hall, a post office and a museum restaurant.

Compared with the famous Palace Museum, the National Palace Museum in Taipei is relatively unpopular because of its geographical location, but the transportation is convenient and it will not be disturbed by many people. This is a big park, and there won't be too many people on holidays. Although there are not many exhibits, they are all exquisite and precious. If there is a special exhibition, it will be worthwhile. The rhythm of slow appreciation is the atmosphere that a museum should have. The whole building is full of modernity, with a sense of streamline from the main building of the museum to the landscape bridge, magnificent environment and advanced equipment.

There are three floors in the South Campus, and eight exhibition halls have been opened. From the new media art exhibition on the third floor, the development history of Chiayi, the Asian Buddhist art exhibition and textile culture exhibition in the courtyard, to the ceramic exhibition, tea culture exhibition, South Asian jade special exhibition and ivory ball exhibition on the second floor, it takes at least half a day to appreciate all the exhibition areas. The exhibits in the museum are authentic, mainly introducing Asian culture and history, focusing on China, Japan and South Korea.

Since the meat-shaped stone moved from the National Palace Museum in Taipei to the National Palace Museum in Nanyuan, it has come for the meat-shaped stone. Nanyuan Palace Museum has many exhibition halls with three floors. It may take 2-3 hours to stroll down slowly. There is also a rental machine at the ticket office on the first floor. You can use your student ID card for free!

Regular tour guide: 30 people per session, please sign up at the second floor of Bai Fei Pavilion, and each person should give it to 30 yuan, and consult at the front desk 10 minutes in advance.

English: 10:00, 15:00, English: 10:30, 14:30, parent-child tour: 14:00 every Saturday and Sunday. English orientation and parent-child tour need to be completed one week ago. The audio navigation system can be borrowed free of charge by people with physical and mental disabilities. Personal audio navigation machine provides Chinese, Taiwanese, Hakka, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Burmese, Vietnamese and Indonesian, and multimedia navigation machine provides Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. Parent-child voice guidance machine is available in Chinese and Vietnamese.
