3. Children's library cards (3- 14 years old) are only used in children's libraries. /kloc-Children readers over 0/2 years old can register the universal library card function with their ID cards.

Readers who lose their ID cards and library cards should immediately report the loss to the library and stop borrowing. Otherwise, the reader himself will be responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom. Readers with ID cards need to resume registration after they reissue their ID cards; Readers with temporary library cards need to reissue new cards with valid certificates after reporting the loss.

Third, withdraw the certificate.

The reader will go through the cancellation or refund formalities with his ID card and other valid documents, and the deposit will be refunded in full. Handling on behalf of both parties requires valid certificates.

Fourth, functional transformation.

If readers need to switch between various borrowing functions, they only need to refund more and make up less according to various deposit standards.
