On Labor Day every day, I basically get up at six or seven. On rest days, some prisons will delay getting up for an hour, while others will remain the same. After getting up, the prisoner will go to wash and tidy up the house first, then do morning exercises and have breakfast. After breakfast, about nine o'clock, the prisoner will go to work.
The work in prison is generally simple manual labor, such as installing some parts or making some clothes by hand. Work until about 1 1 point, and in some places, work until 12 point. After work, it's lunch time. After lunch, there will be an hour's lunch break, about 1: 30 in the afternoon, and the prisoner will get up and continue to work.
Wait until you get off work around six o'clock. After work, we should eat and take a bath first. These things need to be completed within the specified time. After washing, time will be more free, and the supervision unit will arrange prisoners to do things, such as staying in prison but not going out but doing their own things; Or watch TV, but don't talk or anything
On the day of ideological reform, prisoners have to do the same thing, but they have to attend classes instead of working The contents of prisoners' classes include: compulsory education courses, legal knowledge learning, theme and ideological education, skills and knowledge training and so on.
On rest days, the supervision unit will arrange prisoners to play basketball in the square or let them read books in the library. On holidays, the prison will give prisoners some poker and chess to play with.
