The library has an office, a science and technology information room, a literature and modern information construction department and a reader service department. The library currently has 63 staff members, including doctoral students 1 person, master students 12, undergraduates 18, and 23 specialists. Associate senior or above 14 (including Gao Zheng 1 person), intermediate title 13, assistant librarian 17, worker 19. There are 9 temporary employees, 37 work-study students (management committee) and volunteers 100 (library center).
