The Marine Police College of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force (hereinafter referred to as the Armed Police Marine Police College) is a command-oriented institution of higher learning led by the Armed Police Force. It consists of teaching departments such as Basic Department, Military Training Department, Rights Protection Law Enforcement Department, Intelligence Reconnaissance Department, Ship Command Department, Electromechanical Management Department and Navigation Department. It is mainly responsible for the training of police officers and police officers of the marine police, and is the cradle of national marine rights protection and law enforcement personnel training. The college is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, near the East China Sea. Historical evolution:1in March, 982, the State Council approved the establishment of a sea patrol training brigade. 1September 1983, the brigade was transformed into the surface warship school of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force, which was subordinate to the former Armed Police Headquarters. 1September, 1993, it was transferred to the Ministry of Public Security and renamed as the Public Security Frontier Boat School. 1March, 1999, it was renamed as Public Security Marine Police College. On March 20 10, it was upgraded to Public Security Marine Police College to provide undergraduate education. On June 30, 20 18, it was transferred to the Armed Police Force, and the Marine Police College of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force was established.

Orientation of running a school: the college is a command institution of higher learning in the Armed Police Force. Functions and tasks: The College insists on serving the Marine Police College in an all-round way, and provides talents and intellectual support for the construction and development of the Marine Police College. Its functions are mainly "1+3" functions, namely, the marine police talent training base, the maritime rights protection and law enforcement research center, the marine police construction and development decision-making consulting think tank, and the marine police international exchange and cooperation platform. The college has always regarded the training of marine police personnel as its fundamental task. The training categories include higher education and on-the-job training for police officers, basic and auxiliary training for on-the-job police officers, police training, civilian training and foreign training.

Discipline and Specialty: Focusing on the mission and task of maritime rights enforcement in marine police colleges, the college is characterized by "focusing on rights enforcement and ship command" and "integrating academic education with on-the-job education". Teaching conditions: The college has training ship Brigade, and there are 2,000 tons and 600 tons of ships for internship support. There are more than 80 basic and professional experimental training rooms, among which the Marine Police Ship Simulation Laboratory is the key laboratory for comprehensive simulation of large ships in Ningbo, and the Marine Police Ship Comprehensive Simulation Training Center with it as the main body is rated as "Zhejiang Undergraduate Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center". This major mainly cultivates students with firm political beliefs, excellent military and political quality, solid cultural foundation, good military temperament and humanistic quality, grasps the professional basic theoretical knowledge and skills of criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative procedure law, international law and other related disciplines, grasps the basic theoretical knowledge and skills of maritime rights protection and comprehensive law enforcement, has strong detachment command, organizational training, leadership and management capabilities, does a good job in ideological and political work and tenacious fighting spirit, and is qualified for the primary command required by the post of rights protection and law enforcement of marine police organs. After graduation, the students' first jobs are mainly law enforcement brigade (team) of the Marine Police and law enforcement officers, legal officers and investigators of workstations.

Navigation technology (boat command)

This major mainly cultivates students with firm political belief, excellent military and political quality, solid cultural foundation, good military temperament and humanistic quality, grasps the professional basic theoretical knowledge and skills of navigation, navigation instruments, ship radar, maritime meteorology and other related disciplines, and grasps the basic theoretical knowledge and skills of ship manipulation and collision avoidance, ship manipulation and formation movement, marine police ship duty, and has strong team command, organizational training, leadership management, ideological and political work ability and tenacious fighting spirit. The first post of the students after graduation is mainly the commanding officer of the ship detachment of the Marine Police Department.

Operational command (ship command)

This major mainly cultivates students with firm political belief, excellent military and political quality, solid cultural foundation, good military temperament and humanistic quality, basic theoretical knowledge such as Science of Tactics, operational command, marine police on duty, professional knowledge such as navigation and ships, navigation instruments, ship art and ship handling skills, operational command ability, group training ability, management ability and ideological and political work ability to implement ship rights protection and defense, and good tactical accomplishment and tenacious fighting spirit. The first post of the students after graduation is mainly the vice captain of the marine police station.

Operational Command (Rights Protection and Law Enforcement)

This major mainly cultivates students with firm political beliefs, excellent military and political quality, solid cultural foundation, good military temperament and humanistic quality, grasps the professional basic knowledge and skills of operational command, military operations research, marine police command information system, international law, international relations and other related disciplines, grasps the basic theoretical knowledge and skills of maritime rights protection and comprehensive law enforcement, and has strong command, organization and training, leadership and management, ideological and political work and tenacious fighting spirit, and can be competent for marine police work. The first post of the trainees after graduation is mainly the maritime law enforcement police of the law enforcement case brigade, workstation and other related units of the Marine Police.

Reconnaissance Intelligence (Armed Police Reconnaissance Command)

This major mainly cultivates students with firm political belief, excellent military and political quality, solid cultural foundation, tenacious fighting spirit, good military temperament and keen intelligence awareness. It has the basic knowledge of reconnaissance technology, intelligence work of marine police, intelligence guarantee, maritime rights enforcement and operational command, basic skills of intelligence information system, intelligence fusion processing, intelligence reorganization and reconnaissance equipment application, and has strong reconnaissance intelligence command, intelligence collection, intelligence analysis, group training management and ideological and political work ability. The first post of the students after graduation is mainly the cadre of the marine police.

Apply for qualification

(1) Ordinary high school graduates who take the unified national examination for enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities. Must reach a line in this province (the provinces that merge batches must reach a special type of enrollment control line); Students who pass the physical fitness test in senior high school can apply for the exam.

(2) Unmarried, not less than 17 years old and not more than 20 years old (as of August 3, 20221).

(3) Having participated in military inspections organized by the army, and all the conclusions are qualified. Political assessment, interview and physical examination are all qualified.

(4) Basic physical conditions.

① Height: male, above 162cm; Female 160cm or more.

② Weight: Men should not exceed 30% of the standard weight and should not be less than15%; Women should not exceed 20% of the standard weight and should not be less than 15% (standard weight kg= height cm- 1 10).

③ Vision: The naked eye vision is less than 4.5, which is unqualified.

The naked vision of any eye is less than 4.9, the corrected vision of any eye is less than 4.9 or the corrected degree is more than 600 degrees, which is unqualified.

Note: The physical examination standards of the five majors enrolled in our hospital are all "qualified in other majors" with ametropia. Excimer laser surgery for more than half a year, no complications. If the naked eye vision of any eye reaches 4.9 and the fundus examination is normal, you can apply for the exam.

Other physical conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the Physical Examination Standard for Enrollment of Military Academy and the Physical Examination Method for Enrollment of Military Academy (Jun Wei [2016] No.305).

(5) Candidates in the pilot provinces of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination must meet the requirements of the selected subjects.

① Provinces implementing the "3+3" model (Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong and Hainan).
