2. The reader's card has no service life and can borrow ten books at a time (the borrowing period is one month). It can be renewed 1 time before the expiration, and 1 month from the date of renewal, and the overdue fee for each book is 0. 10 yuan/day.

3. If the reader's ID card is lost, please report the loss in time, and then apply for a replacement card at the main service desk free of charge with valid documents.

4. Each person is limited to one reader's card.

5. When returning the certificate, you must bring the original "Identity Card", "Household Registration Book" or "Military Officer's Card" (except the photocopy). If the deposit is refunded on behalf of the applicant, you must come with valid documents from both the applicant and the certificate owner.
