On September 8, 2020, an advanced search with the theme of "Think Tanks and Libraries in Colleges and Universities in Big Data Environment" was conducted in the repository of China HowNet. There are 55 search results, including 40 "libraries", accounting for 72.7%, which shows the relationship between university libraries and think tank construction. The academic circle of library holds different views on the relationship between university libraries and think tanks.
