Compared with other history books I have read, this book has many ideas I didn't know before. Let me talk about my feelings from two aspects.
Many books on evolution are too vague. This book explains a truth directly and clearly. The so-called evolution refers to high genocide and low race, as well as the earliest many apes on earth. Why did modern people end up with only one species? That's because other ethnic groups have been wiped out. If the novel is about sadomasochism, none of it is too bloody, so we see that many history books will not mention it like this. They only talk about evolution, not killing, not telling. This book was directly killed, and there was nothing left, so it became extinct. War and conquest, extinction and reproduction, this is evolution.
By reading this book, I feel that my knowledge of history is too superficial. For example, religion is mentioned in this book, and you will notice that there are very few disciples of Jesus. The main reason why Christianity can be called one of the three major religions in the world is its constant spread. There are two main ways of communication, one is writing a book, the other is teaching by example, and the other is teaching by example. But our ability is limited, and so are the people we influence. This book expounds the theory of 150 people. As a close relative of human beings, gorillas can only rule a group of dozens of people at most, which is very sad. If it exceeds the upper limit 100, the gorilla group will split into different groups because it is beyond his ability.
Although humans look a little more advanced than gorillas, the influence of one person is at most 150. So how did Jesus spread his theory? Obviously, Jesus did not spread it himself. What does he rely on? It is his disciple and the descendants of his disciple, and it is constantly spreading. Religion is like this, so is the country, but it seems that the inheritance of the country is always not as long as religion. At least three major religions in the world have existed for thousands of years, but no country in the world can maintain political power for more than a hundred years.
In fact, religion and country are similar in many places. First of all, both are organizations, with organizational characteristics, management system and division of labor. But there are also some differences. In my opinion, the biggest difference is that religion makes people believe and keep consistent. As a country, it is difficult for people to maintain consistency and identity. Perhaps this is the reason why there is no religious longevity in China.
In addition, I saw the exploration and thinking of the future of mankind in this book. We are always afraid of artificial intelligence, that computers will replace humans as the masters of the earth, and that we will be kept in cages as specimens, because that's what we do.
But it ignores another aspect, that is, super humans have replaced us. The so-called super human is to make people have better physique, stronger brain and better response through genetic improvement, which is beyond the reach of ordinary people in all aspects. People are more accustomed to calling this existence a god-like existence.
From a historical point of view, we can find that the process of ape-man evolution is the process of genocide between different ape-man races, so all other races except human ancestors were completely eliminated, and human beings became the only masters.
I think what we need to worry about is not the problem of artificial intelligence replacing human beings, because they are just helpers to help us, and super humans are the ones who will push us to hell. This is my panic.
There are too many unexpected things to describe one by one. Open this book, and you will understand what is beneficial to open books and what is the correct way to read history. Thank you for meeting you, a good book!
