Dalian Children's Library is the only social, cultural and educational institution in Dalian that provides literature reading and knowledge consultation services for urban and rural children (preschool children, primary and secondary school students), educators and parents. With rich collection, perfect facilities and complete equipment, it is the information resource center of children's literature in Dalian and the center of cooperation, coordination, business research and exchange of children's books and periodicals in Dalian. At the organizational level, the public welfare institutions and national first-class libraries are fully funded.
