According to Baidu Encyclopedia, quannan county Library has always adhered to the working concept of "readers first, service and education", which makes the library work develop continuously, stably and healthily. The library covers a total area of 2,400 square meters and is open to all readers free of charge all the year round. The functional departments are divided into comprehensive reading room, lending room, Braille reading room, literature reference room, multi-function hall, lecture hall and study room. The library is open for a long time, with a lending room, a comprehensive reading room and a study room. Opening hours are: 8: 30am-12: 00pm, 2: 30pm-5: 30pm, and 9: 00pm-21:00pm (only the study room is open at night) (the above opening hours are legal). Therefore, tickets are not needed.

The old quannan county Library started construction on 1986 and was officially opened to readers on 1989+00+ 1. The museum is located in the center of the county, with beautiful environment, concentrated population and wide radiation area, covering an area of 1700 square meters.
