Hubei University, located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, is a provincial-level key comprehensive university approved by the Hubei Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education. Selected as the "Basic Capacity Building Project of Universities in the Midwest", it is the leading university in "20 1 1 Plan" in Hubei Province. China Municipal Government provides scholarships for international students in China and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to receive universities.
