Changsha Library: Located in the Riverside Cultural Park in the Xinhe Delta of Changsha, it is adjacent to Xiangjiang River in the west and Liuyang River in the north, with an excellent geographical location, a building area of 3 1320 square meters, a building height of 24 or 5 meters and a collection of books 1 10,000 volumes. It is a prefecture-level public office organized by the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.

Hunan Children's Library: Located at No.70, Zhongshan Road, Kaifu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, it is a national first-class library under the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture, a provincial-level institution, and the only provincial-level public library in Hunan Province with children as its main service object.

Hunan Provincial Library: Located at No.0/68 Shaoshan North Road, Furong District, Changsha City, the main building covers an area of 20,000 to 30,000 square meters, the training building covers an area of more than 6,700 square meters, and the collection of physical documents is more than 4.5 million. It is a provincial comprehensive public library organized by the state and the first provincial public library named after "Library" in China.
