The specific way of Sanyao Primary School is to clarify the responsibility and improve the system. They explored 126 kinds of responsibilities and systems for the management of boarding schools in mountainous areas, and compiled a book, which basically solved the problems of "what to do" and "how to do it" for logistics teachers. The management system embodies three characteristics, one is humanistic care. The second is democratic consciousness, that is, the assessment of teachers, students have the final say; For the principal's decision-making, the faculty representatives have the final say; Parents and the masses have the final say on whether students are satisfied with the school. Third, actively build a three-dimensional management network, and all staff participate in the food hygiene and safety work of logistics. In addition, the school also implements a 100% assessment system for logistics personnel. Organize 100 teachers and students to evaluate the quality of logistics life by public opinion every month, and the comprehensive score after evaluation will serve as the main basis for proofreaders to evaluate logistics personnel and adjust logistics work strategies. School logistics and life teachers are regular teachers, but the average age is too big, so it is difficult to undertake the work of "good girl" in the kitchen with teachers and students. To this end, schools first use the Internet, newspapers and books to improve their professional quality. Secondly, build a direct learning platform for them through distance education resources and audio-visual teaching materials. Third, strengthen learning and experience exchange. They don't simply equate life teachers and logistics teachers with ordinary administrators and masters, but other schools require them to feel the joy of learning besides teaching business. Through study, life teachers write down their own famous sayings every week and post them in the study column. This is their motto, which also affects students' thoughts and behaviors. Yangcheng Sanyao Boarding School has grasped the key point of the problem, that is, improving the quality of employees is the basis for ensuring the quality of logistics.
