"Unable to take care of themselves due to illness": The "degree of self-care disorder" on which the military disability grade standard is based mainly refers to the degree of dependence of the injured and disabled people on others' care because of their inability to take care of themselves. Examination and approval authority:

The nursing expenses enjoyed by retired military cadres shall be reviewed by the political organs of large military units before being handed over to the government for resettlement, and the retired military cadres shall be examined and approved by the political organs at or above the corps level. Approval procedure:

When taking an air-conditioned train, the extra air-conditioning fee is allowed to be reimbursed. By boat during the day, it is allowed to buy a fourth-class ticket or a first-class ticket higher than the steerage. If there is no direct train and you have to stop at a transit place, you can reimburse the accommodation fee for one ordinary bed for one day with the voucher of each transit.
