Readers can enter the library for free and get literature reading service. Readers can read rare books and other special documents only with the consent of the curator.
2. Borrowing books:
Readers need a library card to borrow books. This card is a universal library card of Hangzhou Public Library. Vouchers can obtain the literature borrowing and returning services provided by all public libraries, community service points and grass-roots service points in this area.
3. Borrowing number and borrowing period:
In order to improve the circulation rate of books and ensure the fair reading rights of every reader, the total number of documents borrowed per card is 6, and the borrowing period is 30 days.
4. Renewal:
If the certificate needs to be renewed, it can be renewed by phone or service desk within 10 days before the expiration date, and the renewal period is 15 days. Expired files cannot be updated.
5. make an appointment:
Book three books at a time. Licensed readers can go through the relevant formalities in the library or by telephone, and the reservation must provide information including name, library card number, contact telephone number, required book title, call number and so on. After booking books from the library, notify readers by phone or SMS. After receiving the notice, the reader will borrow books from the library within 48 hours, and the overdue appointment will be invalid. If the literature library that readers need has not been collected, readers can provide information such as title, author and publishing house, and the library will solve it after considering the actual situation.
6. Interlibrary loan:
Readers who wish to provide interlibrary loan service can contact the book lending department.
