The total investment of the whole project is 4 billion yuan, with a planned area of 2,280 mu and a total construction area of 730,000 square meters. It will be built in two phases, with a total of 28 single buildings, which can accommodate 24,000 full-time students after completion. At present, among the 28 single buildings, 1 4 single buildings, such as art building,1teaching building, library, training center, music building and student dormitory, have entered the main construction stage. The main structure of the exhibition hall of the Art Building is 50% completed, and the main structure of the training building area B is 100% completed. Foundation works of training center completed 100%. The first floor of the library has been completed 80%. The roof slabs of the school historical archives and Daqian Research Center have been completed 75%. 70% of the basement of the academic exchange center was completed. Foundation beam of theater and conference center completed 15%. 95% of the first-floor roof in Zone A and 40% of the first-floor roof in Zone B of Music Building are completed. This year, the project has completed an investment of 368 million yuan, with a cumulative investment of 654.38+209 million yuan.
