Step 1: First, open iTunes and connect the Apple phone to the computer. Connect iPhone devices to your computer through iTunes, and synchronize books and PDFs. After the connection is successful, select the item to be synchronized in the book interface, click the icon in the upper left corner of iTunes, and then select "Add file to database" in the pop-up option box. Then select the file to be imported in the pop-up window. Here, I choose to import a pdf file. Of course, users can search non-DRM free ePub books and PDFs and synchronize them to iTunes library.

Step 2: If the selected synchronized PDF book data is not very large, it can be sent from PC to iPhone device by email. At this time, just open it in iBooks on the iPhone device.

Step 3: Move the book or PDF resource to the collection, and choose to edit it in the bookshelf. Select the items you want to move, and then click Move to move to the collection. Next, view and manage the collection. First, edit the collection name. You can't modify or move built-in books or PDF resources here.

Step 4: In order to facilitate reading and searching in the future, select the icon to arrange editing, then select to clear the redundant books or PDF, and click Delete after the check box appears.

Step 5: The latest downloaded books will appear at the top of the screen, and users can search for resources by author's name.
