China Taishan Net reporter is super quiet

Some time ago, a branch in Beijing, Tong Yuan was mismanaged, and was misinformed as "closed down" in Beijing, Tong Yuan, which caused quite a stir in the society. There were even rumors that many couriers switched to take-out. Recently, a number of courier companies started the recruitment mode, but due to low delivery cost, high pressure, hard work, heavy fines and other factors, the recruitment effect is not ideal. In order to truly understand the current situation of the express delivery industry and the voice of couriers, the reporter conducted an investigation and interview.

Recruitment requirements only require high school education, and there are more than a dozen gaps.

Since February, Tai 'an Tong Yuan has published job advertisements, ranging from information technology experts, financial statisticians, loading and unloading hourly workers and drivers to warehouse administrators, bill collectors, operators, customer service and couriers. Most positions have no restrictions on academic qualifications and work experience, and those with academic qualifications only require candidates to reach high school education. The express delivery industry is thirsty for talents, and the entry threshold has also been reduced a lot.

The reporter learned from the personnel department of Tai 'an Tong Yuan that the biggest gap of the company now is the first-line courier and customer service. Among them, there are about a dozen couriers. "Now there are more than 100 first-line couriers, but there are still not enough people. Now the couriers are helping each other to ensure the timeliness of delivery and not delay the user's time. In addition, customer service positions are also very scarce. " The staff of Tong Yuan Personnel Department in Tai 'an said.

In Tai 'an, except Tong Yuan, other express delivery companies also expressed a lack of employees. Ren Dawei, manager of Taian Baishi Express, said that there are about a dozen people in their urban departments. "Now 15 people can meet the dispatching needs of the whole city." Ren Dawei said.

The reporter's investigation found that although a few couriers changed careers, the overall impact on the express delivery industry was minimal, and the whole industry was operating normally.

Ren Dawei told reporters that during the period from the Spring Festival to March every year, express delivery companies will be short of people. Express delivery itself belongs to the "flowing water" industry, and the changes in import and export are normal. Relatively speaking, there are more couriers who resigned this year. "Anyway, from last year to this year, about a dozen people walked back and forth, and other companies may have more than this number."

Although many couriers leave, the recruiters of courier companies, especially when recruiting first-line couriers, don't like temporary workers. "Couriers need training. If you leave in just a few days, two or three months of training will be in vain. So now we are mainly recruiting long-term couriers. " Tong Yuan personnel department staff said.

High pressure, low delivery fee and heavy fine. The courier brother can't do it anymore.

Speaking of courier groups, there are many reasons why little brothers can't do it. It is a common phenomenon that many "post-90 s" are unwilling to suffer hardships when looking for jobs. In addition, many factors, such as high pressure, low distribution fees, heavy fines and low status, have become the reasons why people stay away from this industry.

Liu Xin, secretary general of Taian Express Association, told reporters that according to their statistics, there are more than 1.800 couriers in Taian. If you include the temporary courier, this number will double. "The wages of different companies are different. For example, the courier of SF Express Company, the company buys five insurances for him, and the salary is about 4,000 yuan, but it also varies from person to person, depending on the amount received. EMS is also relatively formal, employees have five insurances and one gold, and the courier's income is about three or four thousand yuan. Other managers who join the courier company have five risks. Ordinary express employees generally have no insurance, and the average salary is basically at the level of four or five thousand yuan. Of course, how much depends on the amount of sending and receiving. " Liu Xin said.

Liu Xin told reporters: "The personnel in the express delivery industry are highly mobile. Generally speaking, after the Spring Festival every year, there will be a shortage of personnel in various courier companies. The pressure of customer complaints, heavy fines and hard work are the main reasons why couriers quit or quit. As an industry that serves people's livelihood, the hard work of couriers but low social status is also an important reason for the loss of personnel. "

How heavy is the fine? Ren Dawei introduced that if the customer directly complains to the postal administration department and confirms that it is the responsibility of the courier, then the headquarters will generate corresponding records and fine the courier 1 1,000 yuan. Moreover, if there are not a large number of stable customers, the courier's income is not much only by dispatching. "Send a piece of 1 yuan. If you put it in the supermarket, you have to give people money. In the end, I really can't get 1 yuan. " Ren Dawei said that with the listing of express delivery companies, various systems have become more perfect and the provisions on penalty items have become more detailed. In this context, couriers face more rules and regulations, which increase their burden.

One example is that couriers switch to food delivery, and most of them choose other industries.

After the courier resigned, did they all switch to express delivery as rumored? The reporter's investigation found that although this phenomenon exists, it is only an example. "Some colleagues around me resigned, but not all of them went to take delivery. Only a few people switched to food delivery, and most of the rest did other industries. " Tong Yuan courier Dong told reporters.

Unlike the courier who switched to delivery, Zhang, who delivered food before, switched to delivery on 20 16, but he also resigned recently. Zhang told reporters that he began to deliver food from 20 15. "At that time, take-away was just emerging, with fierce competition and various discounts. It feels better than the current food delivery, and it was relatively easy to do at that time. " However, after a period of delivery, Zhang found that the delivery time was very tight, especially the lunch time was relatively empty, and everyone was eating together, so the delivery staff was very busy. Sometimes I send dozens of orders a day, and I am too busy to have a rest. 2065438+At the beginning of 2006, Zhang switched to be a courier and resigned from the express delivery industry some time ago.

Zhang said that it is not easy for couriers and food delivery staff to do their jobs well. Couriers can't make much money just by delivering goods. Unless they develop regular customers and have a stable source of delivery, their income will be guaranteed. For some novices, he used his own experience to suggest that, relatively speaking, it is better to send takeout, because this job threshold is low, there is no training and the salary is stable. But if you work long hours, the courier's income is relatively more.

According to the person in charge of the Tai 'an area of Meituan, the phenomenon of large-scale delivery of couriers is concentrated in first-and second-tier cities, which has not been found in Tai 'an.
