Provisions of the National Flag Law on Raising and Hanging the National Flag
The provisions of the National Flag Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the display of the national flag are as follows:

1. Places or institutions that should fly the national flag every day include Tiananmen Square and xinhua gate; China * * * CPC Central Committee, NPC Standing Committee, the State Council, Central Military Commission, China * * * CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the National Supervisory Commission (NSC), the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate; National Committee of China People's Political Consultative Conference; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Airports, ports, stations and other entry-exit frontier ports and frontier defense posts;

2, National Day, International Labor Day, New Year's Day, Spring Festival and National Constitution Day and other important festivals, anniversaries, state organs at all levels, people's organizations, large squares, parks and other public places * * * should be hung with the national flag; Conditional enterprises and institutions, villagers' committees, residents' committees and residential buildings (buildings, communities) shall display the national flag;

3. The national flag shall be hoisted on the anniversary of the establishment of national autonomous areas and major national traditional festivals;

4. When the swearing-in ceremony of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) is held, the national flag shall be hoisted at the swearing-in place.

National Flag Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

Article 6 The national flag shall be hoisted at the location of the following institutions on working days:

(a) the various departments and local committees at all levels in The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCCPC);

(2) Various departments in the State Council;

(3) Standing Committees of local people's congresses at various levels;

(4) Local people's governments at various levels.

(5) Local disciplinary inspection committees and local supervisory committees of the Chinese production party;

(6) Local people's courts at all levels and special people's courts;

(7) Local people's procuratorates at various levels and special people's procuratorates;

(8) Local Committee of China People's Political Consultative Conference;

(9) Democratic parties and people's organizations;

(10) Relevant institutions of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and relevant institutions of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region.

The school raises the national flag every day except winter vacation, summer vacation and rest days. Conditional kindergartens raise the national flag according to school regulations.

Libraries, museums, cultural centers, art galleries, science and technology museums, memorial halls, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, youth palaces and other public cultural and sports facilities shall hang the national flag on the open day.
