Brief introduction of Wanxi University
West anhui university is a provincial comprehensive public undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Its school-running history can be traced back to the "Anhui Provincial Class III Agricultural School" founded by Mr. Zhu Yunshan, former vice chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) in 19 18. In March 2000, it was formed by the merger of the former Lu 'an Normal University, West Anhui United University and Lu 'an Normal School.
As of March 2022, the school campus covers an area of 1765 mu, with a total construction area of 494,000 square meters. The library has10.26 million paper books and 4610.5 million electronic books, with the total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment of 330 million yuan. 15 secondary college, with 66 undergraduate majors, and human geography is a provincial key discipline.
