Digital publications that represent people's reading are different from traditional publications based on paper. E-books are recorded in digital form in optical, electrical and magnetic media devices, and can only be read, copied and transmitted with the help of special devices.

Simply put, e-books must be downloaded to common platforms in the form of electronic files through special reading software (reader), such as personal computers 1(PC), notebook computers (Note-book), even personal digital assistants (PDA), WAP mobile phones, or anything that can store a large number of digital reading materials.
