Henan Vocational College of Nursing is an ordinary higher vocational school at the junior college level. It was established with the approval of the People's Government of Henan Province in April, 20 1 1, and was put on record by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Henan Health School, which was founded in June, 2065 1.
Located in Anyang City, Henan Province, one of the eight ancient capitals of China, the birthplace of Zhouyi and Oracle Bone Inscriptions, and the excavation site of Cao Cao Gaoling, it is the only medical college in Henan Province that focuses on nursing vocational education and gives consideration to medical technology and pharmaceutical education at the same time, and is the chairman unit of Henan Health Vocational Education Group.
Henan Vocational College of Nursing is the only medical college in our province that focuses on nursing vocational education at the specialist level, taking into account both medical technology and pharmaceutical education. Conditions for running a school:
The college covers an area of more than 250,000 square meters, and the library has books190,000 volumes. There are 8 training centers and 68 experimental training rooms. At present, there are 245 employees, including 55 teachers with senior titles, 25 experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, outstanding experts from provinces and cities, academic and technical leaders from provinces and cities, 58 doctoral and master students and 77 double-qualified teachers.
The college has five departments: nursing department, stomatology department, medical laboratory department, pharmacy department, rehabilitation technology department, basic subject department, public subject department, social subject department, adult education and training department and technical secondary school department. There are 40 students majoring in nursing, midwifery, medical laboratory technology, pharmacy, stomatology technology, rural medicine, prosthodontics and pharmacy.
