In order to firmly establish the learning consciousness of "reading is a responsibility", the school requires each teacher to make a personal reading plan according to his own characteristics, which will be reviewed and supervised by the Academic Affairs Office and included in the year-end assessment.
(2) Subscribe to newspapers and periodicals at their own expense
Every semester, the school requires all teachers to subscribe to education and teaching newspapers at their own expense, so as to keep abreast of teaching trends and grasp the pulse of the times. In this issue, all teachers subscribe to nearly 60 kinds of newspapers and magazines.
(3) Printing and distributing study notes
In order to carry out reading activities, the Academic Affairs Office specially designed and printed business study notes, which were uniformly distributed to each teacher, requiring each teacher to read at least one book that is conducive to improving the theoretical literacy of education and teaching every semester, and make good reading notes. At the end of the semester, the vice principal in charge of teaching will check the registration as a reference for school-based training.
2. Students study.

In order to let students have books to read, the school requires each class to set up a book corner, and the sources of books are voluntary donations from teachers and students. According to the inspection data of the Academic Affairs Office on March 13, the storage capacity of a book has basically reached, and a certain number of books have been formed.

The school requires all classes to hold reading activity class meetings from time to time, conduct publicity, organize students to discuss, and guide students to further understand the importance of reading, learn to read, and truly be the masters of reading.
(3) Offering reading instruction courses.
The Academic Affairs Office arranges a reading class every week, in which Chinese teachers guide students to read classic works, and ask students to make more comments and write about their feelings after reading, so as to cultivate the habit of writing while reading, help them create a good reading atmosphere and cultivate students' reading interest.
(4) Organize reading and essay writing activities.

The theme and slogan of this reading festival is "ignite reading passion and build a scholarly campus together". Fourth, handwritten newspaper.
During the Reading Festival, we organized our classmates to publish a reading tabloid in various ways, and finally selected five excellent handwritten newspapers to participate in the school awards. I really benefited a lot after joining the book club. As a new teacher, although I know that reading more and studying more is a shortcut to improve my teaching ability, I will inevitably be discouraged when I see all kinds of books in the store. Not to mention the melodramatic choice of phobia, it is enough to choose some books that are helpful to your current confusion. Not knowing how to start is always frustrating, just like pouring cold water on a stove that should be used for heating. In the club, members will recommend books that are helpful to composition teaching, class management, the growth of class teachers and the development of teachers in the right direction. Everyone has his favorite book. This saves a lot of screening time, and you don't have to look at them one by one and identify them slowly. Most importantly, teachers with teaching experience often recommend books that are very suitable for young teachers to read. Tea tasting pays attention to the environment, and so does reading. The reading club provides us with a good reading environment. It can be seen that all civilizations are products of non-freedom, and reading should not be too loose and too free.
