1. Light steel keel ceiling project should be familiar with the construction site before construction.
Light steel keel ceiling engineering construction site, the room should be cleaned, the hole and bracket elevation should be handed over for inspection; Check and accept the installation of equipment and pipelines in the ceiling and the pressure test of pipelines.
2. Before decorating the house, the light steel keel ceiling project should be familiar with the construction drawing and decoration design in addition to the construction site.
3. Make all construction records and collect all kinds of relevant documents.
Material entry acceptance record, reinspection report, technical disclosure record, product certificate and performance test report.
4. According to the design requirements, choose keel, fittings and cover panel, and the variety, specification and quality of materials should meet the design requirements.
5. The harmful substances in the plate should be reinspected, and the test results should meet the national environmental protection standards.
6. The embedded parts in the suspended ceiling project, such as steel suspenders and steel suspenders, should be rusted.
Second, the light steel keel ceiling construction technology
Leveling of ceiling elevation-drawing keel frame lines-installation and debugging of water and electricity pipelines-installation of main keel-installation of secondary keel-installation of cover panel-installation of battens.
Third, the construction points
1. Snap line: use a level to copy out the leveling points in all corners of the room and pop up the horizontal line.
2. Fixed suspender: In general, the fixed suspender is fixed by expansion bolts. For the ceiling without people, the length of suspender is less than 1000, and φ6 suspender can be used; When it is greater than 1000mm, φ8 suspender shall be adopted and reverse support shall be provided.
3. Installation of the side keel: When installing the side keel, the line should be elastic according to the design requirements. L-shaped galvanized light steel bars should be fixed on the embedded wooden brick with self-tapping screws along the horizontal keel line of the wall, and the concrete wall (column) can be fixed with nails, and the spacing should not be greater than the spacing of the secondary keel of the ceiling.
4. Install the main keel with a spacing of 900 ~ 1000 mm, which should be hung on the suspender and installed in the room in parallel. The ceiling with a span greater than 15m should be on the main keel, and a large keel should be added every 15m, which is welded firmly perpendicular to the main keel.
5. Installation of the secondary keel: The secondary keel and the main keel should be close together with a distance of 300 ~ 600 mm When the secondary keel is fixed on the main keel with a T-shaped galvanized iron sheet connector, both ends of the secondary keel should be placed on the horizontal flange of the L-shaped side keel.
6. Installation of cover panel: the long side of gypsum board should be laid along the longitudinal secondary keel; The distance between the self-tapping screw and the edge of the gypsum board is 10~ 15mm for the edge of the board wrapped with tissue paper and 15~20mm for the edge of the board cut. Its decorative plate should be fixed in a free state to avoid bending and bulging.
Light steel keel ceiling member
1. Main keel: bear the weight of all suspended ceilings;
2. Auxiliary keel: it has the function of hanging gypsum board, and of course, it can also be used as a cross brace keel;
3. Edge (corner) keel: fix and horizontally position around the ceiling to make manhole;
4. Main and auxiliary keel connector: as the name implies, it is used to connect the main and auxiliary keels;
5. Hanger: used to connect the main keel and the suspender;
6. Main (auxiliary) keel connector: Needless to say, it is used to connect the main (auxiliary) keel;
7. Derek: It will also bear the weight of the whole ceiling;
8.u-shaped mounting clip: used to fix the auxiliary keel and adjust the surface flatness of the auxiliary keel.
