Respond to the call of the study group and read a good book intensively every semester. This semester, I read Intensive Reading of Masterpieces, and after reading it, I wrote a comment, paying attention to the communication with the teachers in the group.

Cherish the learning opportunities created by the school for our young teachers, overcome all difficulties, actively learn from the backbone teachers, learn their teaching philosophy, personality charm and teaching expertise, learn from each other's strong points, constantly internalize them, and seek further development under their guidance.
