Huaqiao University has a library. According to relevant information, Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University has two libraries, one is in front of the boys' dormitory, called Siyuan Library. The other one is on the campus cultural road, called Wenxiangge. The school was founded in 1993, and was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2002 and incorporated into the national unified enrollment plan. It is a non-profit private undergraduate college.
