How does the school library guide students to read?
It is an honor to share with you the topic "How to guide students to read in school libraries". Below, I would like to introduce some practices of our school to my colleagues.

The basic situation of our school is that there are many international students, more than half of whom are foreign students, and their behavior habits and study habits are relatively poor. I often think that it would be nice if the library could do something to change students' behavior and study habits.

So, I think I have this responsibility, and I have to find a way to do something. So I did it, let students get close to libraries, books and librarians, let them linger in libraries, be infatuated with books, get close to librarians like confidants, and improve their quality in a subtle way. Specifically, I start from the following aspects.

First, from the behavioral habits, cultivate students to be civilized students. When I entered the library gate, I asked the students to wear their badges, and the students who ate were invited to come in after dinner. The magazines he has read should be put back, and the books should not be misplaced. Put away your square stool and whisper when reading in the library. Train them to do their own thing, and others' things help them. Let them feel that walking into the library is a civilized person and a scholar.

Second, carry out library volunteer activities. Now the opinions of our school have formed such an atmosphere. Students all know that volunteering in the library is an honor, an honor and a mission! Volunteers are all willing to sign up, and some even bring their classmates. When they come, some students will ask, "Teacher, can I be a volunteer?" Eyes full of begging, Su Like Mingjuan eager to read big eyes, how can you have the heart to refuse? There were so many people that we had to wait in line. Please make a record first. Our school stipulates that I should do the office cleaning myself. It is difficult for me to manage the library of more than 400 square meters by myself, all with the help of volunteers. Voluntary labor allows students to experience the happiness of labor in a place full of books and feel their nobleness and value. I am so happy to see the smiles on their faces and heartfelt smiles! I always praise and encourage students and never criticize them. I think all the people who come here are good children, people who want to learn, people who want to change, and people who want to enjoy reading. I should be kind to them.

Third, through reading activities, more students can get close to books and let books affect their lives. Thinking power is the source of strength, and mentality determines everything. You may not be the best, but you can be the fastest. Impress others for three days! To build a life of lifelong learning, people's development can only be realized by looking inward and looking at themselves. Students are your identity, reading is your duty, and reading good books is the best explanation for yourself, your parents and your teachers. Human growth is a systematic project. Only when all systems are running normally can they play a long role. Reading can not change the length of your life, but it can change the width of your life. Reading is to change the molecular structure of your spiritual world. Reading will make your spiritual world lush, and reading is to create your spiritual prosperity! Students are willing to accept it because they are close to students. So I engage in reading activities, and students also participate voluntarily. I do it alone, without going through the moral education department and other departments. Students feel that it is their own activity, very serious and willing. I posted their ideas on the wall, commented on them, and asked the headmaster to give them awards in person. In short, reading activities make students feel happy, learning is happy, and learning is full of happiness.

Fourth, talk with students and be their bosom friends. Talk with students often, understand their confusion, inspire them, cheer them up, have positive thoughts and think positively. Show your affinity from all aspects, make students like you and be willing to be close to you, and the activities will be easy to carry out and benefit more students! It is the happiest thing for our librarians to let books nourish students' lives quietly, not to mention the great beauty of heaven and earth!

As an ordinary librarian, I can do my best. I just want to sow more happy seeds and benefit more students!
