According to "Instructions for Accreditation" issued by official website of Hunan Library, Hunan Library needs a library card to return books, which is used to ensure that all the books borrowed on the library card are paid off.

The borrowing card of Hunan Library is handled from Tuesday to Sunday at 8: 30-18: 00; Manual registration, certificate cancellation, certificate replacement and type change are from Tuesday to Sunday, from 8: 30 am to 12: 00 am and from 13: 00 pm to 17: 00 pm.
