Click "Borrow" to pay the courier fee (less than 3 copies will be charged to 3 yuan, and each additional 1 copy will be charged 1 yuan, and a package is limited to 5 copies). Just waiting for the courier to take the book home.

Matters needing attention

1. How many days is the loan term?

The loan period is calculated from the date when the book package is successfully formed. The loan period of each book is 40 days, and it can be renewed once before the expiration. The extension period is 15 days (from the second day after the loan expires). Enter the Sesame Credit Loan page, and click Personal Center-My Loan to renew it. If it is overdue, you need to pay 0. 1 yuan per volume every day.

2. What should I do if the book I received is damaged?

Before delivering the book, the staff will carefully check the delivered book and communicate with the reader if it is found to be damaged; If the book packaging is damaged or worn, please don't refuse to sign for it, but the books in the package will not affect your reading. If you refuse, you won't accept the freight refund.

3. What does the current service scope include?

Only in Hangzhou, the service scope is Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Xihu District, Gongshu District, Binjiang District, Jianggan District (including Xiasha Economic Development Zone), Yuhang District and Xiaoshan District.

4. How to return the book?

Return the book online: please send a courier to pick up the book. The specific process is: go to the Sesame Credit Loan and Return page and click Personal Center-My Order-Pick Up Books at Home-Return Books. The courier fee is less than 3 copies in 3 yuan, and each extra copy is added 1 yuan (up to 5 copies for a package). The default book return date is the day when the book is picked up at home and the order is submitted successfully, plus three days of logistics time.
